The 3D Design Process

Most pool builders hand you a flat blueprint and ask you to imagine the rest. We take a different approach. Every project at Pelican Bay starts with a free 3D design consultation where you see a fully rendered model of your pool in your actual backyard — before we break ground.

This isn't a generic template dropped onto a satellite image. It's a custom design based on your property survey, your lot dimensions, your setbacks, and the features you want. You can walk through it, rotate it, see how the sun hits the water at different times of day. If you want to move the spa, widen the sun shelf, or try a different deck material, we adjust it in real time.

The result: no expensive change orders mid-build, no "that's not what I pictured" moments, and a clear understanding of exactly what your investment looks like before a single shovel touches the ground.

Pelican Bay Pools & Spas holds Florida Pool Contractor License CPC1459687. We are fully licensed and insured to perform pool construction in the state of Florida. You can verify our license on the Florida DBPR website.

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job site. When you hire a licensed contractor, you're protected by the Florida Construction Industries Recovery Fund — an additional layer of security that unlicensed operators simply can't offer.
